Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deliver Integrity, Reliability and Maintenance assurance activities across BW Offshore’s global fleet under the Technical Assurance Program
Conduct offshore assurance visits, testing Work as Imagined against Work as Performed
Provide independent insight on the effectiveness of asset integrity, reliability performance and maintenance management systems
Verify workforce competence assessment processes and promote consistent assurance standards
Identify weak signals, emerging risks and opportunities to improve asset performance, reliability and equipment availability
Influence leaders and frontline teams through coaching, challenge and constructive engagement
Drive closure of assurance findings and support risk escalation where required
Shape the future of assurance through continuous improvement and innovative assurance approaches
Qualifications:
Degree, recognised trade qualification or professional certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability, Maintenance or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore oil and gas or another high-hazard industry, with significant experience in integrity, reliability or maintenance management
Experience in assurance, verification, auditing, asset integrity management, reliability improvement or maintenance governance
