Summary

This role is essential for ensuring the vessel’s electrical and electronic systems, particularly the dynamic positioning systems, are well-maintained and operational.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the vessel’s dynamic positioning (DP) systems and related electronic equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and diagnostics on DP systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical and electronic systems on board, including power generation, distribution, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support for the vessel’s navigation and communication systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures for technical failures
