Job Summary:
The Coiled Tubing (CT) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing coiled tubing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires leadership in planning, coordinating, and troubleshooting CT jobs to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan job scopes, mobilization, and demobilization of CT equipment.
– Ensure adherence to HSE policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
– Conduct pre-job meetings, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
– Monitor wellsite conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
– Supervise CT Operators and crew, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
– Maintain accurate operational records, job reports, and equipment logs.
– Coordinate with engineers, rig personnel, and clients to optimize job performance.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize downtime.
– Ensure proper maintenance and certification of CT equipment.

Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in coiled tubing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
– Education: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, petroleum, or related fields (preferred).
– Certifications: Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC, preferred)

Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of CT equipment and operations.
– Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
– Understanding of wellbore dynamics and fluid mechanics.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Strong technical knowledge of CT equipment and operational procedures.
– Ability to lead and manage field personnel effectively.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in reporting and documentation.
– Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Other Requirements:
– Experience with nitrogen pumping, acidizing, and high-pressure pumping units.
– Familiarity with real-time data acquisition systems for CT operations.
– Previous experience with major oilfield service companies.
