Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in well engineering, workover, or plug & abandonment (P&A) operations.
• Familiar with Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU), well design, and drilling/workover procedures.
• Knowledge of industry standards (API, DNV, Zone 2, etc.) and project documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; able to work well with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel and work offshore.
