Structural Fitter – Offshore/Onshore

Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and specifications for fabrication and assembly.
* Fit, align, and assemble structural steel components (beams, columns, frames, supports).
* Prepare and mark materials for cutting, drilling, welding, or bolting.
* Ensure proper dimensional accuracy and alignment before welding or installation.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
* Assist welders and riggers during lifting, positioning, and joining of structures.
* Maintain housekeeping and comply with HSE rules, including Permit-to-Work (PTW).

Requirements:
* Valid BOSIET/T-BOSIET with CA-EBS (for offshore work).
* Certified Structural Fitter / Mechanical Fitter training (CIDB / OPITO / Petronas approved preferred).
* OGSP/OSP Safety Passport (where applicable).
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in structural fitting, fabrication, or installation.
* Physically fit and able to work offshore/onshore.

Skills Required:
* Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
* Knowledge of fabrication, fitting, and alignment techniques.
* Use of measuring instruments (tape, square, levels, vernier calipers).
* Teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
