Slickline Operator / Senior Slickline Assistant

Job Description

Position 1: Slickline Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain slickline equipment for well services (e.g. well logging, perforation)
• Perform mechanical interventions to resolve well issues such as blockages, scale, or debris
• Provide technical input and recommendations to improve operational performance
• Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with safety and operational standards

Position 2: Senior Slickline Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Slickline Operator in preparing downhole tools and rigging up pressure control equipment (PCE)
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision
• Support smooth execution of field operations on-site
• Mentor and guide junior personnel on operational procedures and safety practices

Shared Requirements

• Relevant experience in slickline or well intervention operations
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onshore/offshore environment
• Committed to high safety (HSSE) standards and practices
• Willing to be based in Labuan and travel offshore when required
