Senior Lead Field Service Technician (OFFSHORE)

Job Description

Job Summary:
Lead and execute offshore field service activities for rotating equipment, providing technical leadership during maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul works.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead offshore maintenance and repair of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and gearboxes
Supervise and guide field service technicians offshore
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with offshore safety and permit-to-work systems
Prepare service and technical reports

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10-15 years experience in rotating equipment, including offshore exposure
Strong leadership and supervisory experience offshore
Good knowledge of vibration, alignment, and condition monitoring
Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, Medical) preferred
