• Plan and prepare for well site operations.
• Supervises job and Operator crews in the preparation of the unit and calibration of equipment.
• Supervises the operation of a Wireline service unit to maintain a high standard of efficiency and quality.
• Interprets job results for customer personnel and recommends services best suited to customer needs.
• Trains and develops assigned field crew by on-the-job training to maintain a high degree of field crew efficiency and to prepare personnel for advancement.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.
• Assures adherence to all safety regulations.
• Fosters and maintains customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all logging operations.
• Promptly and accurately submits all required reports and data.
• Maintains assigned equipment and facilities in a neat, workable condition and conducts self in an exemplary manner at all times.
• Contacts customer representatives as requested to increase participation in the available market.
• May participate in sales presentations.
• Is available to perform duties on short notice, day or night.
• Know and understand Deleum Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL
• Attains and applies comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Promotes safe procedures among assigned crew in adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner.
• Corrects obvious hazards or unsafe conditions and reports those which cannot be immediately corrected to Superior.
• Complies with Customer safety policies and procedures.
• Complies with federal, state and local safety regulations and procedures.
• Carrying out administrative duties as assigned by the Superior.
• Technical experiences in Cased Hole AND/OR Open Hole operations for every aspect of interventions with some basic knowledge on sales and marketing.
• Able to carry out research to find out problems and develops solution for the same
• Able to looks after the maintenance of the tools/equipment and infrastructure available at the site
• Able to carry out bench tests for tools/equipment that are already installed for their performance and safety
• Maintains operations reports.
• Must be skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel plus should have basic IT troubleshooting capabilities.
• Working knowledge of related software packages is required.
• Flexible, prioritize effectively and be proactive to develop ideas within the team.
• Strong technical background and analytical skills.
• Understanding the overall Deleum’s business.
• Must be able to adhere to Deleum’s ethical codes.
• Must have a strong client focus. Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of a range of product available within and outside DOSSB.
• Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
