Responsibilities:
General (all levels):
* Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to drawings and safety standards.
* Ensure scaffolding is safe, stable, and tagged before use.
* Inspect materials (tubes, fittings, boards) for defects or damages.
* Comply with HSE regulations and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
* Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe work environment.

Level 1 (Basic Scaffolder):
* Assist in carrying, assembling, and dismantling scaffolding under supervision.
* Use basic hand tools and follow instructions from senior scaffolders.

Level 2 (Intermediate Scaffolder):
* Independently erect and dismantle scaffolds of various types (tube & fitting, system scaffold).
* Ensure bracing, tying, and platform safety in line with standards.
* Supervise Level 1 scaffolders during tasks.

Level 3 (Advanced / Scaffolding Supervisor):
* Inspect and certify scaffolds for safe use.
* Lead scaffolding teams and allocate work.
* Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
* Communicate with site supervisors and safety officers regarding scaffold handover.
