Responsibilities
SAFETY LEADERSHIP

Champion and promote a strong safety culture across the workshop.
Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Lead incident prevention initiatives and ensure proper reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets established quality standards and specifications.
Drive adherence to inspection, testing, and certification requirements.
Promote a “right-first-time” mindset and continuous improvement in quality performance.
Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Plan and coordinate workshop activities to meet operational and project demands.
Ensure equipment readiness, reliability, and availability.
Optimize manpower utilization and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Supervise, coach, and develop technicians to enhance competency and performance.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Act as the first point of escalation for operational and personnel issues.
Engage team members in continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices.

Liaise with planning, supply chain, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
