Pipe Fitter – Offshore/Onshore

Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
* Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes according to requirements.
* Fit and assemble pipes, flanges, valves, and supports before welding or bolting.
* Conduct hydrotesting and pressure testing of completed pipe systems.
* Ensure correct alignment, tolerances, and fit-up prior to welding.
* Operate tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, beveling machines, and grinders.
* Work closely with welders, riggers, and engineers to complete pipe installation.
* Comply with HSE rules and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

Requirements:
* Valid BOSIET/T-BOSIET with CA-EBS (for offshore assignments).
* Certified Pipe Fitter / Mechanical Fitter training (Petronas/OGSP/OPITO recognized preferred).
* OGSP/OSP Safety Passport (where applicable).
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in piping fabrication and installation.
* Physically fit and able to work in offshore/onshore environments.

Skills Required:
* Knowledge of piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy).
* Ability to read isometric drawings and piping specifications.
* Familiarity with pipe alignment, fit-up, and support installation.
* Competency in using hand and power tools safely.
* Good teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
