Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to serve as the primary liaison for our dimension bid businesses. In this role, you will manage slickline operations at customer well sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery and minimizing non-productive time (NPT). Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel will be essential for driving revenue growth and introducing innovative technologies and services. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and optimizing operational efficiency for maximum profitability.
This position will be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong professional relationships across the organization.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day slickline operations at customer wellsites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and minimizing non-productive time (NPT).
- Revenue Accountability: Oversee revenue collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Technology Introduction: Introduce clients to new technologies and services that can enhance their operations and drive efficiency.
- Optimization and Profitability: Continuously evaluate and optimize operations to maximize sustainable revenue and profitability.
- Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s unique situation and needs to provide tailored support and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment on customer expectations and service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on operational performance and revenue metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry
- Must have prior Slickline Services experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field
