Job Description
• Ensure management of HSSE compliance as per Company HSSE Plan, safety rules, policies, procedures, Operating Integrity (OI) and standards, exercising and promoting the use of accident control technique, implementing incident investigation procedures and managing Contractor’s crew safety performance onsite.
• As deputy Company Site Representative (CSR) on location, to closely interface with CSR onsite to ensure offshore campaign are delivered safely, timely and within budget.
• To assist CSR in ensuring accurate recording of Daily Site Report based on actual manpower used, tools and equipment in a timely manner, with approval of Campaign/Construction Engineer Project and activity owners.
• Endure HEMP is implemented at site as required prior to work execution and risk is ALARP. To review and audit Permit to Work (PTW), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) preparation and equipment passports validity on site.
• Ensure updates of Company’s HSSE Policies, Operating Integrity (OI) requirement, Procedures, LFIs, HSSE Alerts and other HSSE matters are communicated effectively to respective sites and complied with.
• Ensure HSSE action items from audit, SIV, MFV and incident lesson learnt are properly closed and sustained.
• Managing HSSE Interface between Contractor and Maintenance Execution.
• Provide coaching & mentoring for contractor personnel (e.g., PTW, JHA and Site-Specific Requirement).
• Closely support, monitor and report progress of Site HSSE Plan implementation status. Promote proactive HSSE intervention culture, trending of ACT submission and conduct HSSE campaigns as per HSSE Plan.
• Conduct periodical HSSE Assurance activities to ensure contractor compliance to site HSSE plans.
• Participate in incident investigation; preparing notification, initial report(s) and follow-up closure of action items.
• Participate in Internal Maintenance Execution HSSE Committee Meeting, Site HSSE Meeting, Incident Investigation, HSSE Audits, Site Visit and HSSE Campaigns as per HSSE Plan. Demonstrate management commitment and visibility in HSSE at site. To attend Daily Progress Meeting, daily Level 3 PTW audit, LOD1 audits, Weekly Hygiene Inspection, Weekly Engine Room Inspection, Weekly Platform Walkabout, YIT and regular HSSE Meetings onshore and offshore.
