Responsibilities:
* Install, assemble, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for equipment installation.
* Perform precision leveling and alignment of pumps, turbines, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery components.
* Operate lifting and rigging equipment to move and position heavy machinery.
* Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
* Comply with company and client HSE rules, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

Requirements:
* Valid BOSIET/T-BOSIET with CA-EBS certificate (offshore only).
* Millwright / Mechanical Fitter certification or equivalent technical qualification.
OGSP/OSP Safety Passport (where applicable).
* Experience in heavy machinery installation and maintenance (oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plants preferred).
* Physically fit and able to work in offshore/onshore environments.

Skills Required:
* Proficiency in machinery alignment and precision fitting.
* Knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance.
* Rigging and lifting awareness.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Teamwork and good communication skills.
