Job Description
Scope of Work:
– Preventive and corrective maintenance of metocean monitoring systems on offshore platforms
– Calibration and functional testing of weather and oceanographic sensors (wind, wave, current, temperature, visibility, solar sensor, ADCP, cloud sensor, etc.)
– Data connectivity checks and troubleshooting of data transmission systems
– Physical inspection and condition assessment of instruments and mounting structures
– Documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with company’s reporting standards (daily & service reports)
– Coordination with platform personnel for Permit-to-Work (PTW) and HSE compliance

Requirements & Skills:
– Minimum 1 year experience in offshore O&G service and maintenance (electronics/electrical)
– Minimum diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
– Character: Able to communicate transparently, able to work well in a team, continuous self-improvement mindset, attention to details
– Proficient in English for effective communication & report writing
– Physically fit for offshore deployment; must pass offshore medical
– Possesses valid certifications: BOSIET, PTW L2, WAH, OGSP, CIDB, basic H2S training, mercury awareness
– Able to work back-to-back offshore when required
– Capable of using Words & Excel for reporting and data comparison
– Capable of preparing and conducting presentations – premob briefing, on-site explanation, trip debrief, etc.
– Familiar with computer and mobile use for work – utilising emails, meetings, presentations, etc.
