About the role

This is an Internship – Accounts Payable role within the Dialog Group Bhd’ company, based in Petaling Jaya Selangor. The role will provide you with valuable experience in accounts payable within an established accounting function.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and maintaining accurate accounts payable records
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts
• Responding to supplier inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with the month-end close process
• Performing other administrative duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance-related degree program
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work well in a team environment
