Responsibilities:
* Operate pedestal, mobile, or tower cranes to lift, move, and position equipment and materials safely.
* Perform pre-operational checks and ensure crane is in safe working condition.
* Work closely with riggers, signalers, and lifting teams to execute safe lifting operations.
* Follow lifting plans and adhere to approved load limits as per crane load charts.
* Ensure proper use of crane controls, safety systems, and lifting accessories.
* Conduct routine housekeeping and maintenance of crane and work area.
* Comply with all company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and lifting guidelines.
* Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:
* Minimum education: Secondary school (SPM/PMR or equivalent).
* Minimum 3–5 years of crane operation experience in offshore or onshore environments.
* Possess valid Crane Operator Certification (e.g., API RP 2D, OPITO, or equivalent).
* Possess valid BOSIET / T-BOSIET with CA-EBS certificate.
* Possess valid Basic Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S) certificate.
* Physically fit and medically certified for offshore work.
* Able to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and respond to instructions promptly.
* Willing to work shifts and extended hours when required.

Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of crane operations and load handling procedures.
* Ability to interpret load charts and lifting plans.
* Good coordination with rigging and deck crew.
* Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
* High safety awareness, discipline, and responsibility.
