Job Summary:
The Coiled Tubing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining coiled tubing equipment for well intervention and stimulation activities. The role requires adherence to safety standards, efficient execution of operations, and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate coiled tubing equipment and related systems for well intervention activities.
– Assist in job preparation, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment.
– Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
– Perform pre- and post-job inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
– Support the CT Supervisor in executing job procedures efficiently.
– Monitor wellbore conditions and provide real-time feedback during operations.
– Maintain accurate job reports and documentation.
– Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and operational meetings.
– Work effectively in offshore and remote locations as required.

Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in coiled tubing operations, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
– Education: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, petroleum, or related fields (preferred).
– Certifications: Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC, preferred)

Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of CT equipment and operations.
– Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
– Understanding of wellbore dynamics and fluid mechanics.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.

Other Requirements:
– Willing to work on offshore and remote sites.
– Flexibility to work in shift rotations and respond to urgent job requirements.
– Experience with high-pressure pumping units.
– Knowledge of nitrogen pumping and acidizing operations.
– Familiarity with electronic data acquisition systems for CT.
