Job Description
- Supervise and manage the assembly and test team to ensure efficient and accurate production.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Monitor production output and quality control to ensure products meet specifications.
- Train new employees on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure a seamless production process.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the assembly area.
- Establishes employees’ objectives, coordinate and implement training internally and/or externally and carry out Reward and Disciplinary Action as required
- Drives the team to meet department objectives in SQDC through LEAN and stabilized processes
You are meant for this job if:
- Minium Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with Subsea exprience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and efficiency enhancement techniques.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to meet and exceed production targets
- Should be flexible and open to work night shifts.
