As a Sales Manager – Completion and Wellbore Intervention (CWI), you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team in the assigned countries, acting as the primary Baker Hughes CWI representative for customers and other stakeholders, and business growth across the assigned geographies.
- Marketing and selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
- Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.
- Owning pricing and market intelligence for assigned geographies.
- Generating proposals, tendering, and customer negotiations.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Leading a department with large, estimated orders.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Have strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead a team of professionals.
- Have led initiatives of moderate scope and impact and effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have the ability to lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
