As the Area Sales Representative – Completions & Well Intervention, you’ll be task for customer facing and responsible for winning business back to organization. You’ll contributes to sales plan in a specific region and defining sales strategy for targeted clients.
As the Area Sales Representative- Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for selling Completion and Well Intervention product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Sales).
- Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Completions and / or Well intervention.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability
