General Requirements

• Holder of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) and Watchkeeping (WK) Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the offshore industry or in a similar role.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Medically fit for offshore assignments.

Training Requirements

STCW / Basic Safety Training (BST)

Job Description

• Ensure proper maintenance, housekeeping, orderliness, and cleanliness in the engine room.
• Perform Motorman duties in accordance with international standards, IMO regulations, and principles of Good Seamanship.
• Inform supervisors about consumed spare parts and any new requirements for supplies.
• Report damaged equipment, including welding equipment and extension cables, to the supervisor.
• Execute the day’s work orders according to the planned maintenance program or as directed by the supervisor.
• Carry out unplanned tasks as instructed or when found necessary.
• Comply fully with the Company’s HSE system, national and international regulations, and all other safety precautions currently valid on board.
