Responsibilities
- Managed and maintained the cleanliness of all accommodations, including crew living quarters, common areas, and storerooms.
- Oversaw all galley and food service operations, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and adherence to strict hygiene and stock rotation standards.
- Provided comprehensive hospitality services to guests and crew, including daily bed preparation and timely laundry services.
- Actively participated in all required training programs to enhance professional skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in maritime catering with a diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge in proper sanitation practices and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Possession of a valid Offshore Medical and BOSIET certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
