Responsibilities:
Lead all kitchen operations, including the preparation, cooking, and artistic presentation of all food products.
Manage and train kitchen staff, creating work schedules and supervising their daily activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Oversee inventory and cost management, collaborating with management to plan menus, develop recipes, and prepare requisitions for necessary supplies.
Enforce strict quality and sanitation standards, inspecting all ingredients, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety regulations are met.
Requirement:
A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in maritime catering, supported by a diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or any related culinary certification.
Valid offshore medical and safety certifications are a strong advantage.
The ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
