Job Function: Operations
Employment Type: Permanent
The HSE Superintendent will be working on rotational regime in the Field Operations Section within the Technical Department and will be tasked with ensuring all operations are conducted with respect to the Company and Statutory policy and procedures. The job holder will also be responsible to support HSE Site trainings, audits, and reporting. The job holder is expected to support site with HSE Awareness and Safe Work Practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant education background in Operational Safety.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of HSE or Production activities and in particular, the Oil & Gas or related experience in Operational Site positions (such as Safety Supervisor).
  • A sound HSE background is necessary with exposure to international HSE Standards.
  • Able to communicate well with different stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to clearly pass the HSE messages to the teams who are not familiar with the Oil & Gas Safety culture.
  • Certified in Advanced Fire Fighting, First Responder, Confined Space, Hazardous Atmosphere, and Radiation trainings.
