Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible as a lead for scaffold operation for erection, modification and dismantling of different types of scaffolds including complex design structures.
• To perform all related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• To support the Supervisor to deliver the works.
• To execute the works to meet local and statutory requirements as well as TENDRILL policies and procedures.
• To maintain close working relationship within TENDRILL organization, with Client/Customer, and Vendors to ensure the work is performed safely.

Reporting

• To report the job progress on daily basis to Supervisor.
• To prepare and submit all required timesheets and operational reports (if any) to Supervisor.

Qualification & Work Experience Requirements

• NTEC/ISQ in Scaffolding or HNTEC in engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oil and gas and construction industry.
• Demonstrable experience within the oil and gas and construction industry as Advanced Scaffolder or relevant position.
• Has CITB Advance Scaffolding Certificates (Level 2).
• Fully conversant with proven capability to apply the relevant trade discipline techniques within the oil and gas and construction industry.
• Fully conversant and have a good working knowledge of all legal and statutory requirements.
• Must be able to have good verbal communication skills at all levels including ability to effectively communicate within the organisation and with external Clients/Customers.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Capable to motivate team members and have good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on own initiative; self-motivated, willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with TENDRILL HR Policies and Procedures.

Preferred Specific Training/ Specialist Skills

• Relevant technical trade skills – Safe Erection and Dismantling of Scaffolds (Complex) and Advanced Scaffolder Level 2.
• International Minimum Industry Safety Training (IMIST).
• Worksite Hazard Management (WHM).
• Basic Offshore Survival Training (For Offshore only).
