Over 20 years of working experience in an oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Mainly involved in construction works for brownfield project, FSO in-situ repair works for life extension (FSO Orkid), hook up and commissioning project, handling process and operation of Naphtha Cracker Plant, Water Injection system, Crude Oil Pumping Station Plant (Sudan), Upstream Plant (ExxonMobil platform – Brownfield) and FSO (Orkid) both in Malaysia and abroad as a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent, Commissioning Supervisor, Team Leader/Technical Representative and Senior Operator. Undertaking the project from construction phase to normal operation. Also supporting Operation & Production i.e. turbine generator upgrading, Glycol vessel replacement, piping in-situ repair or change out , structural repair or valve replacement works and shut down works (i.e TCOT shut down). Experiences in dealing with technical and contractual issues in various projects environmental such as EPCC. Specializing in project commissioning environment, control and troubleshoots process and operation via DCS and at field. Education
Graduated in 1996 with Diploma in mechanical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai Johor.
Work & Experience

• Responsible in providing services and maintaining water injection system in smooth operation by monitoring / adjusting an operational parameters from DCS and field at Angsi platform (Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. offshore asset) • Responsible in start-up water injection system i.e Recovery from power failure, emergency shutdown and perform trouble shooting • Responsible to carry out daily report for al an operational readings, adjustments and an inspections to Owner and Management for clarification and justification. • Responsible for chemicals injection rate to enhanced daily production and chemicals inventories on board by expedite any shortage. • Maintain high standard of housekeeping in work areas of responsibility and platform generaly. • Assist, monitoring and witness any activities that performed by vendors or subcontractors and ensure to comply with Petronas Health Safety and Environment Policy. • Responsible in start up the hypo chlorinator unit system and maintained it in smooth operation. • Responsible in performing lab testing such as particle count, turbidity test, BSW testing, EDQ testing and etc. • Responsible with work planned or schedule by owner such as weekly pigging, weekly chemical batching and ensure to comply with Petronas Health, Safety and Environment Policy. • Responsible in management of water injection system at Angsi/Dulang platform such as manpower movement / schedule, advice to platform superintendent & OIM regarding the water injection achievement and etc. • Responsible to detect, identify and react to abnormal conditions onboard that may develop into emergency situations. • Demonstrates and apply personnel commitment to Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Management System • Assisted in the management or care of any emergency which may arise to Petronas Emergency Response Procedure and perform nominated task in Emergency Response Team Participation in HAZOP's also. • Prepare all daily permit (PTW) for designated areas of responsibilities and ensure all activities carried out is comply with Petronas Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation.
