I am currently working as Electrical Technician/ Maintenance at Hengyuan
Refining Company Berhad Formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of
Malaya) Berhad since August 2019, a refining and manufacturing of petroleum products.
An experienced and suitable qualified electrician with avast knowledge of electrical
installation, maintenance and testing electrical equipment and few works experiences. I
also have knowledge of electrical safety standard procedure for working in workshop
and plant area. I believe my knowledge and strong interpersonal skills as well my
eagerness in learning new things will help me to contribute a great deal to the company.

Key role and responsibilty • Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate routine. • Handle vendor for site visit. • Execute preventive and reactive maintenance. • Isolate/de-isolate LV & HV Electrical Equipment for workby on self. • Perform isolation/de-isolation of LV & HV circuits. • Able to manage manpower and co-ordinate field work. • EX motor overhaul and testing for plant sustainability • Motor Operated Valve (MOV) servicing, stroke test and commissioning. Various testing such as Insulation Resistance(IR)test, Winding Resistance test, Earthing test, Clamp meter testing, IR Thermal scanning and measurement using multimeter. • Able to interpret electrical schematic diagram, troubleshoot and rectify electricalsystem. • Exposure to various OEM switchgear(AEG, ABB, HOLEC, SIEMENS). • Able to rectify problematic LV (Low Voltage), HV (HighVoltage) motor starter. • Exposure to Refinery Operations and work process. • Good exposure to electrical distribution system and power generation (from HV132KV to LV 415V). • Involved mainly in maintenance work in refinery. • Update report and data for electrical parts.
Key role and responsibilty • Manage all on site installation, repair maintenance and test task to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. • Able to handle and planning the assigned renovation project preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the progress activities in order. • Attend site and prepare project progress update daily • Check site progress and record all activities and material used daily, controlling the cost of material and labour. • To liase/ coordination/ monitor/ inspect the progress and quality of work of the wiring team • Ensure work at project site shall be in compliance with safety regulation at site. • Attend site meetings and coordinate meeting when necessary • Attend hand over inspection with client for pre opening of project site • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
