Start up controlled shutdown of utilities and process system as required.  Respond to any process and equipment upsets with due regards to safety and personnel, plant and environment.  Adjust and record process parameters to maintain plant throughput and quality.  Maintain accurate logs, records and hando vers for all activities under Isolate and de isolate equipment safely for maintenance or repair works according to procedure.  Monitor and maintain chemical injection equipments and rates according to set target. Carry out required sampling and lab analysis.  Bunker chemical,water, lubricants, fuel and carry out necessary topping up in support of operation.  Perform pigging operation and performing monthly adhoc well test.  Act as covering control room operator on rotational basis.  Working area is well head, production separator, Turbine compressors, Turbine generators, glycol contactor, tilted plate separator, condensate coalescer, condensate metering and gas metering.  Stand in on rotational basis as First Intervention Team (FIT) to take immediate action in the event of emergency and to fight and control all fire or situation which may endanger life or the plant.

 Carry out routine check on all equipments and to check that all maintenance work in progress within work area is in safe working conditions and work permit are adhered to.  Maintain a comprehensive log of all running equipment and carry out LNG loading to ship activities at jetty area.  Start or stop running equipment periodically as per routine activities in timely and safe manner and carry check and testing of fire fighting equipment periodically as per routine activities and carry out minor maintenance, mechanical, instrument and electrical as per multi-task job scope when required.  Ensuring cleanliness of plant and report any hazardous condition to Shift Supervisor.  Conducting safety sampling.  Stand in on rotational basis as First Intervention Team (FIT) to take immediate action in the event of emergency and to fight and control all fire or situation which may endanger life or the plant.  Working area LNG Tank Farm Area, Boil-off Gas unit, Electro chlorination Unit, Nitrogen Gas Unit, Gas Chilling and LNG Reliquefaction Unit (MARLIN), Refrigeration Unit, LPG Plant and Sea Cooling Water Intake Unit, LNG Ship Loading Area(Jetty)
