Comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 514 1994(OSHA),(Amendment)2022/A1648. pertaining to construction safety, supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures. Monitor and supervise workplace activities under the scope of responsibilities to ensure compliance with safety and health system and legal requirements. Implement and monitor the requirements outlined in the Site Specific Safety and Health Plan (SSSHP) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP). To arrange for facilities and equipment for work activities to be conducted safely. Involved in risk and significant aspects impact analysis before start of new activity. Inspect workplace to identify potential incident to Safety and Health and take action to control. To prepare and submit monthly safety reports to DOSH. Responsible to filing and documentation for safety department and propose safety campaign for every quarter. Comply the Factories and Machinery act139 with Regulation (1967) (Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction) (Safety) regulation. Monitoring and handling Environmental Quality Act Regulations act 127, 1974. (DOE).
Create and implement comprehensive HSSE (Health,Safety,Security and Environment) strategies that significantly impact and enhance the organizational culture.
Develop,update and effectively communicate procedures and guidelines related to roles and functions within the organization.
Prepare,update,conduct and monitor HSSE orientation sessions and compliance with safety rules.
Perform relevant duties as and when directed by HSSE,Head I.e work/task planning and report on a regular basis.
Prepare,update,conduct and monitor performance internal Permit to Work training including competency assessment.
