I’m a fast learner and eager to gain more knowledge especially in oil and gas industry. I have experience in welding(SMAW, GMAW) , NDT Inspection(MT, PT, Uttm) and valve servicing(PSV).
Education
I gain knowledge in Welding both theoretically and practically such as SMAW, GMAW and Robotic Welding. Welding Documentation included PQR, WPS, and WQT. Visual Welding Inspection and Non Destructive testing such as PT, MT, Uttm and also Destructive Testing like Hardness Test and Tensile Test.
Work & Experience
1) Calibrate ndt equipment before start the inspection such as Magnetic Yoke, UT set 2) clean testing area free from paint, dirt, grease and corrosion using wire brush and cleaner 3) Visual Inspection on test surface before follow up with NDT 4) making all defect found and record in standard report format
1) liase with NDT operator in preparing NDT report 2) photo of the defect attached in report 3) Describing the defect found in standard report 4) check the report with NDT operator level 2 or 3 before hand over to QC
