Job Summary

The Offshore IT Support Engineer will provide onsite IT technical support at offshore platforms, ensuring operational continuity in high-compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite EUC support at offshore facilities

* Perform troubleshooting and hardware replacement

* Support network switches and local server room equipment (non-core DC)

* Maintain asset records and documentation

* Comply with HSE and offshore safety standards

* Participate in rotation schedule as assigned

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years enterprise IT support experience

* Valid BOSIET / CA-EBS certification

* Valid medical clearance (MEDEX)

* H2S certification preferred

* Physically fit for offshore deployment

* Strong adherence to safety protocols
