Working in Drilling and Wells Department Deep Offshore Block: Exploration and potentially appraisal campaign(s). 10+ contracts to cover deepwater drilling Rig operations. Prepare operations for exploration/appraisal drilling. Contract holder for several Services contracts. Ensure the program is in line with the referential. Perform equipment acceptance. Perform services companies’ operational bases audits. Optimize fluids and cement formulations with simulations and lab tests. Anticipate fluids related issues, and plan necessary equipment/procedures. In case of unplanned event, propose an alternative program and prepare a <management of=”” change=””>. Assist the rig with engineering studies if required, and risk reduction measures. Management and interfaces. Coordinate activity with the fluids supervisor and provide technical assistance. Establish the link with the shore-based engineering team. Represent the Fluids team for logistical aspects (equipment acceptance, dispatch to site…). Coordinate contractors’ activity, communicate operational planning and future needs (personnel & equipment).
