• Carry out installation, testing, overhauling compressors and troubleshooting / servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration units and other duties assigned by your superiors.
• Carry out your work assignments either independently or with a group of workmen locally and/or overseas.
• Update daily Progress Tracking Report to update the company on the job completion status.
• Co-ordinate the work activities of the team to ensure completion of tasks within given timeline.
• Completion of various daily job and closure reports.
• Prepare survey/inspection reports.
• Estimate labour and materials for a given RHVAC.
• Communicate proactively with client/crew on technical issues, solutions and recommendations.
• Coach junior team members to enhance their skills level.
• Comply to Safety, Health and Environmental standards at all times.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary.
