Job Description

– Coordinates with the Chief steward for the day’s activities and requests.

– Ensuring the vessel’s cleanliness and looking after the needs of the ship’s guests and crew members.

–  Ensuring that rooms are inspected and done as per procedure, attends to room changes, establishes status of available rooms.

– Monitors and follow-up on expected departures (due-out rooms) with the Medic and the Team.

– Maintaining clean and sanitised menus for guest use.

– Assisting kitchen staff with the preparation of simple dishes.

 

Requirements:

  • Certified T-BOSIET and CA-EBS
  • Certified Food Safety / Handling
  • Minimum experience of 2 years and above
  • Certified OGUK Medical / Medically fit for offshore
  • Typhoid & Hepatitis A vaccined
  • CoVid 19 vaccined – minimum 3 doses
  • English literate
  • Hospitality / People Industry – advantage
