MASTER (Offshore Facility)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all offshore facility operations, including production, utilities and safety management.
• Oversee marine maintenance, off-take operations and general marine systems.
• Provide leadership and supervision to crew, ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with shore-base support and stakeholders for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Class 1 Certificate of Competency (or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of marine terminal or offshore production operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Marine Supervisor / Master on offshore facilities.
