Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Setup, operate and maintain CNC Machining Center, CNC Lathe machines
• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixture for making accurate inspection checks
• Able to perform basic trouble shooting of machines
• Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded.
• Consistently achieve defined productivity levels on all products processed and to run product independently.
• Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintains specification by observing operations; taking measurement; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Document results & track SPC on repetitive operations.
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matter.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform daily 5S and housekeeping

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required skill(s): CNC auto lathe, CNC Turning Machine.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in CNC machining. Hands-on experience in CNC programs, set up and operate CNC machines
• Experienced in Machine shop.
• CNC Programming and technical drawing understanding.
• Familiar with Fanuc Controller.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in team
• Have a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility
