Hi,my name is Adam Fahmi Bin Iskandar,28 years old, from Sarawak,Malaysia.I am medic with 6 years experiences in medical filed which is 5 years at Emergeny and Trauma unit (A&E) and 1 years as site medic offshore.I am graduated Diploma in Medical Assistant on 2018 under the Ministry of Malaysia Health Department. Currently im working as site medic in oil and gas industry that is located at Tukau platform Miri Sarawak under Petronas Cari Gali Sdn Bhd.
Throughout my career, I have completed several professional courses, including Basic Life
Support (BLS), International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS). Additionally, I have undertaken courses relevant to the oil and gas industry, such as T-
BOSIET (CAEBS and TSBB) OPITO, Basic Training H2S OPITO,Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Point (HACCP),Assistant Medical Review Officer (AMRO), Mass Casualty Training

JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Providing primary medical care services in compliance to Company’s procedures at remote locations to ensure the offshore employees are physically and mentally fit to work, including: a) Inpatient and day-care. b) Referral of patient to other medical facility for further medical attention upon consultation with the remote physician. c) Prepare and if necessary, carry out the transportation of sick or injured persons to shore in a medically prudent and safe manner. d) Mental health first aid and referral to the appropriate support systems available 2. Providing medical emergency management including resuscitation, stabilization and pre-hospital care in consultation with Remote Physician to ensure casualties are adequately treated and complications avoided. 3. Maintaining sick bay operation readiness (equipment, drugs, and consumables items). Conducting medical equipment / drugs / consumable inspection and maintenance as required. 4. Providing first aid and medical treatment for work related cases in accordance with Company’s policy. 5. Managing first aid services by providing, replenishing, inspecting first aid boxes and AED to meet regulatory and as per Company’s requirement. 6. Involving in drills / medical emergency response (MER) including participating in drills as per location plan, reporting on health findings, tracking / monitoring / closing gap on the health findings related to the drills as per Company’s procedures. 7. Providing advice to offshore employees on occupational health and industrial hygiene matters (procedures and guidelines, employees fitness to work status, hazard exposure level, medical surveillance etc.) to ensure that the conduct of activities is in full compliance to Company and regulatory requirements. 8.
