Job Description
Provide overall supervision and direction for all ROV and diving operations under assigned projects.
Develop and execute daily operational plans, schedules, and workflows.
Ensure all ROV and diving systems are fully operational, certified, and maintained.
Coordinate activities between ROV teams, diving teams, vessel crew, survey teams, and client representatives.
Ensure tasks are prioritized and resources allocated efficiently to meet project objectives.
Approve dive plans, ROV dive logs, and subsea inspection/repair procedures.
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture across all subsea operations.
Ensure compliance with IMCA standards, client HSE requirements, and company safety policies.
Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
Review risk assessments, Diving Safe Work Packs (SWP), JSAs, and permit-to-work requirements.
Monitor diving decompression tables, ROV operations hazards, and emergency procedures readiness.
Provide expert guidance on ROV and diving systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and life-support systems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support site teams in resolving operational challenges.
Review and approve subsea equipment configurations, tooling setups, and inspection instrumentation.
Ensure proper data acquisition, logging, and post-processing for inspection, survey, and construction works.
