Acts as a technical resource providing guidance and expertise for team members in their daily technical work.

Assist engineer & group leader to reviews daily team requirements, coordinate activities and plans and coordinates overtime requirements.

Ensures that labor reporting is accurate and balances with time sheets.

Receive project schedule from assembly manager/engineer/group leader, plans and coordinates the assembly/test activities of assigned team to ensure that production commitments are met.

Assembles and tests assemblies according to TechnipFMC specifications. Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in area of expertise Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
