QC Painting Inspector (IMM Certificate)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and qualified QC Painting Inspectorwith NACE / IMM / BGAS Cerificate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all painting and coating works meet project specifications, client requirements, and relevant international standards.

• Project location : Pasir Gudang, Johor
• Working day / hours : Monday – Saturday (8.00am – 5.00pm)
• Able to start immediately
  Inspect surface preparation, painting application, and final coating conditions.
• Perform tests such as DFT, WFT, Holiday Testing, Adhesion Test, Salt Contamination, etc.
• Monitor and verify materials used, including paint batch numbers, expiry dates, and mixing ratios.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO, ASTM).
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for quality records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team, painting supervisors, and client representatives.
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and handle any NCR or corrective actions.
