During my time offshore, I was actively involved in implementing safety training programs, conducting pre-tour safety briefings, coordinating emergency response drills, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards such as IMO, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001. I’ve worked closely with rig crews, supervisors, and HSE departments to ensure that training programs were not only compliant but also practical, engaging, and tailored to real-life offshore risks.
