Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare daily meals that meet crew dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in galley, mess room, and food storage areas.
  • Monitor food stocks, manage inventory, and place timely requisitions.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and preparation of provisions.
  • Supervise catering staff and ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cook/Chief Cook (offshore/marine preferred).
  • Valid BOSIET/TBOSIET with HUET and CA-EBS certification.
  • Medical fitness certificate for offshore work.
  • Knowledge of HACCP/food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
