JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP HUMAN RESOURCES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle e.g. new hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
record maintenance and reporting.
Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period)assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.
HRBP – to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel
MS Office
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Self-Starter.
