JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP SUBSURFACE – GEOSCIENCE 2025

 

INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT:

Participate in multidisciplinary subsurface studies incorporating Geology, Geophysics, and Petrophysics to support reservoir characterization and oilfield operations.
Contribute to the systematic compilation, organization, and integration of geoscience and subsurface datasets (e.g., seismic, well logs, core data, petrophysical interpretations) into corporate databases and project repositories.
Assist in QA/QC workflows for geoscience and subsurface data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to technical standards.
Support internal technical audit activities to validate data integrity and compliance with industry best practices.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing geoscience assessments, interpretations, and findings for assigned projects.
Deliver formal presentations summarizing evaluation methodologies, results, and recommendations to the
project team.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Geoscience (Geology/Geophysics/Earth Sciences) with a minimum CGPA 3.00 or its equivalent.
Study in Geoscience or related earth science subjects.
Computer literacy: Skills in operating Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of geoscience computing software is an advantage

Active extra-curricular involvement is an advantage
Able to present ideas/deliverables in a concise and clear manner during technical presentations
