Job Scope

• Competent to operate high pressure pump unit.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal rules and regulations.
• Read and understand operating manual of the pump unit.
• Review and understand job proposal and pumping schedule to determine the operations or procedures requirement.
• Connect hoses/iron to pumps and other equipment prior to pumping operations.
• Communicate with other workers, using signals or radios during the pumping operations for smooth and successful operations.
• Monitor gauges and flowmeters and inspect equipment to ensure that tank levels, temperatures, chemical amounts, and pressures are at specified levels, reporting abnormalities as necessary.
• Record operating data such as products, quantities pumped, rate, pressures and etc.
• Monitor the pump preventive maintenance schedule and perform the maintenance according to procedures.
• Record all the maintenance on the pump unit and submit to team leader.
• Ensure the pump is always in good working conditions for job.
• Ensure all the pump spare parts is available keep the team leader updated.
• Attend all the training required by the company and clients.
• Provide training and guidance to junior employees in order to improved their knowledge in operating the equipment.

Job Requirements

• Has certificate in Engineering.
• Minimum with 3 years’ experience as Nitrogen Operator for operation from floating workboat, land and fixed platform.
• Has experience as a nitrogen operator in CTU operations, stimulations and cementing.
• Computer literature at least Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
