Currently our various rigs (350 HP, 450 HP & 650 HP) working for Pertamina EP in Cepu; and Citic Seram Ltd Bula fields in Ambon- Maluku province Duty and Responsibility: o Apply and promote the company core values o Awareness of the HSE management system policies and programs o To make sure implementation company QHSE Management System o Provides support to the Rig Manager and Operations Manager on HSE matters. Liaises with clients and provides safety information and statistics on a regular basis. o Conduct audits and inspections as required by HSE Management System. o Participate in client’s and regulatory meetings as required o Finalize all incidents reports and communicate lessons learned throughout the company o Demonstrate active and visible commitment, setting consistent examples and expectations in order to convey clarity of purpose, motivate the employee and ensure conformance o Provide timely and effective feedback to management about the existing and/or potential hazards / risks, system and non-compliance gaps that could lead to incidents and jeopardize the achievement of the project objectives and safety. o To make sure HSE performances meet with KPI’s set on the contract (CSMS). o Involved in all incident investigation and develop the final report for management approval

Direct Report: Project HSE Manager Client: BP Indonesia for EPC Construction, LNG Tangguh Expansion Project Project: Oil and Gas EPC Projects – Construction LNG Tangguh Expansion Project Train-3. My main task is to make sure daily activities fully comply with BP Indonesia for LNG Tangguh Expansion Project procedures, and standards particularly Safe Work Practices (SWP), Supervise progress Sub- Contractors at site activity.

Direct Report: Team Manager Project: Oil and Gas EPC Projects Construction - North Duri Development (NDD) Project. My main task is to make sure daily activities fully comply with Chevron procedures, and standards particularly Fundamental Safe Work Practices (FSWP), Supervise and coaching Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors during activity at site.

Direct Report: Drilling Manager & Drilling Supervisor (Company man) Functional report: HSE Manager We were using TransOcean Jack Up Rig–Trident IX type 2000Hp for drilling exploration in Kutai Timur Field, East Kalimantan and Sea Java offshore and I was in charge to make sure compliance to HSSE and other regulatories during drilling campaign Responsibility supervise drilling activity at site.

Direct Report: Project Manager Project: Oil and Gas EPC Early work & Earth work - North Duri Development (NDD) Project I was working to represent our client (PT Chevron) to supervise daily HSE operations at AWT ( Automatic Well Test ) at North Duri Development (NDD) project. My main responsibility are to make sure daily activities at the work site are fully comply with Chevron procedures, and standards such as JSA, Permit to Work, Emergency Procedures, Access Control and Environmental Management and Supervise Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors during activity at site.

Direct Report: Project HSE Manager Project: Oil and Gas, EPC Projects – Construction LNG Tangguh Expansion Project Train-1-2. Client: BP Indonesia and JGC- KJP for EPC Construction, LNG Tangguh Expansion Project I was responsible to supervise day to day safety operations with one of the Marine construction company located in BP Indonesia, LNG Tangguh Marine project - West Papua. My main responsibility are to make sure daily activities such as Piling offshore, Early work at the work site are fully comply with Bp Company procedures, and standards such as JSA, Permit to Work, Emergency Procedures, Access Control and Environmental Management and Supervise Sub-Contractors during activity at site.

Direct Report: HSE Manager & Rig Superintendent I was supervised two rig safety officers when our rig working for Petro China (Jabung) ltd in Jambi & South Sumatera area. We were using Rig CXZ with 650 HP. My main responsibility are to make sure daily activities at the work site are fully comply with Petrochina procedures, and standards such as JSA, Permit to Work, Emergency Procedures, Access Control and Environmental Management and Supervise Drilling Rig Operation during activity at site.

Direct Report: Drilling Field Manager I was responsible to manage day to day Drilling contractor’s daily HSE performance and make sure compliance of drilling standards and government regulations during exploration drilling campaign. We were using Rig Skytop with 2000 HP. My main responsibility are to make sure daily activities at the work site are fully comply with Medco Energi procedures, and standards such as JSA, Permit to Work, Emergency Procedures, Access Control and Environmental Management and Supervise Contractors and Sub-Contractors during activity at site.

Direct report: HES Supervisor I was representing our client ( PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia) to make sure our drilling contractor have a safe operations and injury free. Coaching rig crew and communicate Caltex Safety policies was also part of my duty. During these Well Services and Work Over Services we were using rigs with 350 HP & 450 HP.
