Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean, inspect, and maintain casing equipment including power tongs, torque turn monitoring systems, CRTs (Casing Running Tools), and handling tools (slips, elevators, spiders, etc.)
  • Perform pre-job assembly and post-job servicing of tools and accessories
  • Conduct visual inspections, function tests, and measurement of casing and tubulars
  • Load and unload trucks; prepare, pack, and label equipment for shipment to job sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs, tool tracking records, and job documentation
  • Ensure proper stacking, handling, and storage of tools to prevent damage
  • Assist with minor mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and tool calibration
  • Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and quality control guidelines
  • Participate in warehouse housekeeping, yard organization, and general maintenance tasks

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical skills with proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Forklift operation experience (valid license preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial or oilfield setting
  • Knowledge of oilfield casing tools and handling equipment is a strong advantage
  • Experience in tubular services, oilfield equipment warehouse, or casing preparation yard (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with API / ISO inspection standards (Preferred)
  • Certifications in forklift operations, first aid, or related HSE programs (Preferred)
  • Basic computer or tablet skills for inventory or maintenance tracking systems (Preferred)
  • Work performed primarily in warehouse or yard settings (onshore)
  • May require day or rotating shifts, with some overtime or weekend work
  • Exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, outdoor elements, and hazardous materials
  • Must adhere to company safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including hard hats, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection
