(Petroleum Authority). • Monitor or attend for any maintenance conduct by MGCSB, BSM Assigned Contractor or Brunei Govt (Unit Sukatan & Timbangan) • Representative for the Lumut Petrol Service Station division for Bi-Yearly HSSE Corporate Meeting. And be a presenter for LPSS division for presenting yearly HSSE Statistic and Performance. • Representative for the Lumut Petrol Service Station for Quarterly Retail Station Meeting which organized by Brunei Shell Marketing. • Focal Point for liaise with MGCSB, BSM, Brunei Govt. and any 3rd party. • Attend for any site visit or audit by MGCSB, BSM or Brunei Govt. • Monitor daily fuel stock to ensure are available during business hour. Submit Monthly timesheet to HR Department for payroll. • Incident Commander / Overall In-Charge for any incident or accident within the Lumut Petrol Service Station. Responsible to report or inform to BSM Hotline. • Submit or send yesterday sales to company’s bank account. • Brief and train the staff for refresher and new hire. • Review Lumut Petrol Service Station’s procedures. Revised if needed by the current operation. Cascade to all staff for any new or re-issue of policy / procedure / requirement / directives. To ensure all staff implementing with the policy / procedure / requirement / directives. • Participate and join for course / training / awareness.
