Product Line Marine Handling Solutions (MHS) is a supplier of high-end equipment to the Oil & Gas, Offshore and marine segments. MHS product areas are Offshore Cranes, Winches, Lifting & Handling Equipment and Access Equipment.

Key responsibilities of the role includes:

• Installation, Commissioning, Inspection and Servicing of cranes, deck equipment and machinery
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled service interventions worldwide both onshore and offshore
• Take technical lead in FAT, SAT, and offshore mobilization activities, coordinating with clients, shipyards, and class societies (e.g., DNV, ABS, KR).
• Troubleshoot complex control system faults on site or remotely, including electrical panels, sensors, VFDs, and network communication
• Mentor junior engineers and service technicians in PLC diagnostics, safe electrical work, and marine crane logic.
• Service intervention planning/preparations
• Comply with company/clients HSE policies
• Comply with applicable company policies and quality system

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and Schneider systems.
• Marine/Off-shore experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and safety protocols is beneficial
• Willingness to travel and work offshore as required
